Four K engineer

Pune, Maharashtra

Candidate should have experience in the field of EHV substation equipment Testing up to 400KV. Control & Relay Panel Testing & configuration of numerical relays. Operation & Maintenance of EHV substations. Testing engineer should be willing to travel as its a field job. Experience of SAS SCADA operations.

1. Engineer for Testing and commissioning of CRP:a. Checking the completion of pre-requisites at site before energizing the panel.b. BOM of the control and relay panel checking as the as manufactured drawing.c. Scheme checking and DC Logic checking of CRP.d. Configuration checking of the relays and setting the parameters of the protection IEDs/BCU as provided by service recipient e. If any discrepancies found in the drawings / Configurations, reporting it back & getting the proper approval from concerned.f. Testing of Protection IEDs/.BCU as per final configuration and parameter settings with three phase numerical test kit.g. Testing of metering equipments, Annunciations, Primary equipment operation from Control and relay panel after completion of internal DC logic.h. Submission of test report to service recipient after completion of testing at site.i. Providing feedback on the issues / discrepancies found in the schematics.j. Making final MOM with service recipient. 2. Retrofitting of Protection relays:a. Configuration of protection relay as per retrofitting scheme prepared and handed over to the engineer as per drawing.b. Offline testing of relay with final configuration and Parameter setting.c. Understanding the existing drawing and existing wiring prior to shut down.d. Discussion with service recipient for finalizing the location where the new relay to be mounted.e. Instructing the technician for associate worksf. Testing of protection relays after completion of all necessary wiring for its proper operation as per new wiring.g. Checking the interfaces between external equipment and CRP.h. Preparation of hand marked drawing and handing over of the same to service recipient.i. Handing of final back to service recipient after successful completion of work.j. Making final MOM and getting it signed by service recipient after consulting with Zonal service manager.

Engineer for commissioning of Substation Automation system.a. Checking the Pre-requisites at site before energizing of the SAS Panel.b. BOM of SAS Panel to be checked as per final as manufactured drawing.c. Checking the networking materials as per BOM at site.d. Networking of IEDs, servers, printers etc. as per architecture.e. Powering ON the SAS servers, DR PC (EWS), Gateways, OWS after checking all necessary pre-requisites.f. Checking the communication of all IEDs through DR PC (EWS).g. Checking the communication of all IEDs to Local SAS servers, Gateway.h. SNMP configuration checking for all IEDs if applicable for the project.i. Network monitoring system configuration checking / testing for all devices if applicable for the project.j. Operation checking of all Primary equipments from SCADA as per control hierarchy.k. Conducting SAT as per approved SAT document.l. No Engineering to be done by site commissioning engineers who are deputed at site.Retrofitting of RTU:a. Discuss with service recipient to finalize the requirement of RTU configuration.b. Making Schedule for the RTU cable termination.c. RTU configuration with the required software.d. Testing of RTU along with service recipient.e. Updating the drawing and making the as built drawings and finalize the same in discussion with service recipient.f. Making final MOM with service recipient after completion of above activities at site.g. Supply of materials:h. Supply of materials on the request from Zonal Manager/ Service Head/ Project Manager.i. Supply of materials to site upon the request from Zonal manager/Service Head/ Project Manager.j. Making MOM with the service recipient for the list of materials Suppl

Require Diploma/Degree Electrical Engineers for HV/EHV Substation equipment testing and commissioning at site on PAN India basis.Should be able to independently carry out testing and submit report. Also require RELAY Testing engineer with hands-on experience of testing various electromechanical as well as numerical relays. Should have minimum experience of 1-2 years for both the posts.
