Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry. Verifies and logs receipt of data. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software. Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies. Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information. Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation. Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system. Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.) Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards. Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

To work under Jal JIVAN MISSION for Punjab state. P.G in Social Work/Sociology /Mass Communication / Journalism/MBA in Rural management /Psychology or any other related field with experience in development sector. Knowledge of Punjabi language (reading, writing & speaking) is essential.

To Prepare the Project, design, development, and on-time delivery of competitive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs/EOI). Write Proposal Content, Apply Online tender, GEM and meeting with the clients on all aspect of the projects.

To identify different clients on the demand and supply side of the projects. To understand the need of customer. To collaborate with the org. and empanel them on our platform. CLC or Experience in IndiaMart, JustDial or Sulekha as a BDM ,B2B,B2C,G2C
