Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.Startup Inspection.Final Inspection.In process periodic inspection.Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.Supervise the production process.Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Strong Documentation Knowledge.

Responsibilities:Adequate knowledge of Plant & Machinery.Should be able utilize all the resources of production in efficient mannerShould be able communicate & get the work done from Supervisors & workmenShould be conversant with the production / shop floor systems, relevant ERP or similar systemsActive participation & provide support for plant & process improvement initiativesWork towards improving plant efficiency, lower costs and improve product qualityManage all production resources efficiently to deliver production volumes on time, highest yield and productivityEnsure that the team works in accordance with the approved standard operating procedures, practices, methods and company policiesStretching entire production team by creating a learning, problem solving, improvement-oriented environmentResolving workflow bottle necks to achieve maximum production efficiencyCo-ordinating & Working cross-functionally with other plant teams like engineering, supply chain, quality, sales and other stakeholders to improve production process, quality, cost control and productivity.Maintaining and documenting production records, process changes and process control wherever appropriateBeing instrumental in training and educating teams for proper equipment operating procedures, defined processes and as per manufacturing guidelines to achieve quality and lower rejections
