Job Description_ Tele callingContact Customers and informing them on the over dues / outstanding amount.Collect the delinquent / Overdue amount/ Settlement Amount over the phone/ Book PTPShould be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer serviceNegotiate effectively and advice suitable payment plansPursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts/Improving Credit scoreShould be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service asAware of the benefits of Credit score improvement and advised customers to avail of benefits Maintain Customer follow up records/ Codes/RemarksInitiate Field visits to customers when payments are not being made.Good communication skills in Regional Language & EnglishAverage System Knowledge, Typing SkillsPatience and resilience.Familiarity with Bank Process and procedures.Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month.Working hours 9am to 6pm. Monday to Saturday
