-Responsible for developing moulds for plastics parts and plastic joining process. Create designs, specifications; establish manufacturing control plans and handover to serial production. -Capability to develop complete mould designs in 3D and releasing 2D engineering & manufacturing designs. -Should have worked with R&D to create manufacturing solutions for new products and work with simulations to optimize the design for Injection molding and Plastic joining technologies. -Responsible for standardization Injection Molding process -Lead or support trials of new products injection molding. -Participate in design reviews
