Responsible for childs development and growth in various aspects9. Ensure that the parents concern is being addressed without affecting relationshipswith them10. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation,and revision of high scope programs11. Store, maintain, enhance the inventory and educational materials of the classroom12. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet childs various needsand interests13. Participates in all the trainings Have at least 1 year of experience of working as a teacher in a pre-school setting Should be efficient enough to handle young kids Ability to develop good relationship with parents, children and colleagues Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities Good mental and physical health Caring and loving attitude with a sense of humor Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback Should be at least graduate/ECCE, NTT certified Should have warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills(spoken and written)

Duties Center Operation Management 1. Managing day to day activities at the preschool2. Procure and arrange instructional resources for use in the classroom3. Audit classrooms and observe activities.4. Addressing parents concerns without affecting relationships with them5. Managing staff and ensuring policies and procedures are being implemented6. Provide explorative and comfortable learning environment to the kids in center7. Dealing with vendors for any infrastructure issueAcquiring and Maintaining Business Prospects 1. Prepare and execute budget plan for being cost effective.2. Accountable for NPS, Admission and Attrition of the centerHuman Resource Management 1. Hire, train, and evaluate teachers / didis performance2. Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff3. Supervise teachers and other support staff4. Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standardsSkills and Specification Should have at least 3 years of experience of working in a pre-school setting / clientmanagement Efficient enough to understand childs development and needs Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement Proven ability to take key decision independently and lead a team Ability to lead effective learning and care programmes Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities Good mental and physical health Caring attitude with a sense of humour Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback Should be at least a post graduate or equivalent (M.A., M.Ed, MBA, PGDBM etc.) Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spokenand writtenn) Should have knowledge of working on computers that includes MS Excel, Word,Google Drive etc. Able to maintain confidentiality
