Focus Edumatics is seeking online tutors to join our growing freelance/contract tutor community across Math, English, and Science. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help and guide K-12 students in the United States by delivering personalized instruction and academic support through chat-based sessions to create a nurturing environment. Strong time management, problem-solving, technical proficiency, and exceptional English written and verbal communication skills are essential to be successful in this position.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions for US based K-12 students within 4 to 5 designated hours, (between 11 PM to 4 AM IST) through personalized learning plans based on students' grade level, needs, and academic goals.Use various online teaching methods, tools, and resources to create engaging and effective learning experiences, adapting your approach as needed to help students improve.Provide clear and effective instructions, guidance, and feedback to enhance students' comprehension and to provide information on future tutoring sessions.Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress notes, and relevant information to deliver comprehensive progress reports.ROLE REQUIREMENTSMust have an undergraduate degree.Be readily available for delivering 4 to 5 hours of sessions , Monday to Friday, preferably between peak business period 11 PM and 4 AM IST.Fluent in English and a proven track record of mastery in their respective subject- English Language Arts (English; Literature; Written Communication & Reading).At least 1 year of teaching experience, either virtual or offline, with English as the primary language of instruction.JOINING REQUIREMENTSMust complete 4 weeks of intensive certification training program and complete a background verification process.Apply here: https://focusedumatics.com/tutors/?utm_source=TAOutbound&utm_medium=LinkedIn&utm_campaign=Jobpost

Candidate should be able to communicate effectively on subject matters stated above4. Should be good in Written English skills.5. Should work in US Day-shifts (India night-shifts for 9 hours anytime between 5.30 pm to 7.30 am 5 day week )6. Selected candidates will be provided free training for 30 days7. After training period there will be a certification exam.
