RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESTraining to compete in IELTS /PTE and TOEFL to the candidates via online sessions as well as offline routine practice sessions.Coach on all the modules of IELTS/PTE/TOEFL - Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking.Formulate and compose course structure and material as required, especially for IELTS.Introduce and regulate lesson plans, classroom teachings, evaluations, and trainingConduct mock tests, and assessments and advise students on sections of correction.Boosts students' results with completion of Cambridge books, coursework by comprehensive personalized instruction/training, computer-backed preparations, and self-directed learning.Assist in continuing program development, module development, and evaluation.Corroborate briefing, intensive training decorum, and decorum is ensured during the training.Generate and maintain records on the improvement of student tutelage and their bands.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSPreferably 0.5 - 4 Years of English Teaching ExperienceExcellent proficiency in the English Language in writing and speaking.Ability to retain the interest of learners in the classPresentable and equipped with student-handling skillsSelf-motivated and independent at workPreference to Certifications (CELTA/TESOL), Cambridge certified, and experience in teaching general English.Having a relatable approach and passion in guiding the students and being highly motivated to ensure the students secure higher bands.Result-oriented and able to create inclusive learning.
