FlourTech is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing executive productivity by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management:Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Anticipate conflicts and adjust schedules proactively to maximize efficiency. Communication Handling:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and messages with clarity and professionalism. Draft and edit correspondence as required. Meeting Preparation & Documentation:Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other meeting materials. Record meeting minutes, monitor follow-up actions, and ensure completion within deadlines. Travel Management:Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa documentation. Create Plan and handle changes as needed. Project Coordination:Support executive-level projects by tracking progress, managing deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams. Conduct research and compile data for reporting and decision-making. Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure timely and effective information exchange. Confidentiality & Discretion:Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity. Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
