Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive / Tele Sale Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for leads generation over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.Job Description:1. Handling the Outbound & Inbound calls.2. Providing advisory services into various instruments like Insurance (Health & life) & Financial Investment.3. Formulating the strategies to increase client base.4. Generating promising Appointments of the New Clients for the outside Sales Team to pursue.5. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to Appointment & Call volume.Job Specification:1. Sound knowledge of Financial Investment tools including Health & Life Insurance.2.
