Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions. Support the interview process and candidate communication. Onboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation for new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. Qualifications: MBA graduate with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field. Good understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding practices, performance management, and payroll fundamentals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
