We distribute products that makes the life easier, increase the incomes of shop owners and have collectively improved the lives of over 1 million end users.We are hiring for the role of Sales Manager (B2B) to lead the sales team at Hosapete, Karnataka location.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Job Description:Responsible for executing effective sales & marketing strategies.Increase sales in the territory by generating business and promote new products.Maintain good relationship with the customers, negotiate and close the deals using appropriate business methods.Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities. Generate new leads by applying effective strategies.Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.Conversion of leads received through various marketing channelsCanvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.Demonstrating product features to customers.Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.Reaching monthly and yearly sales targetsCollections and follow-up of receivablesScheme Management: Rollout schemes & offers, if any.Good communication and analytical skills.Benefits:Attractive Salary, Travel Allowance and Performance Incentives.6-day working (Monday to Saturday).

We distribute products that makes the life easier, increase the incomes of shop owners and have collectively improved the lives of over 1 million end users.We are hiring for the role of HR at Bangalore, Karnataka location.Designation:Senior Executive - HR / Lead - HRWork Location:Annaswamy Mudaliar Road (Near Halasuru Lake)Job Description:Sourcing and screening potential candidates from portals and other sources.Conduct interviews & provide necessary inputs during the hiring process.Monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.Issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, appraisal letter, etc.Leave and Attendance management of the employees in HR Portal.Manage employee engagement programs, initiatives and participation.Identify issues and address queries and grievances of employees in a timely manner.Update statutory compliance records (ESIC and PF).Furnish the MIS data or reports on time with accuracy.Skills required:Good communications skills.Minimum 2 years experience in HR domain.Graduate in Human Resources or relevant degree.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong in recruitment processes and platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills to stay connected with employees at all levels.
