Looking for Project Manager- Must have completed at-least one high rise project with finishing work as a Project Manager at AhmedabadLocal Ahmedabad Candidate preferred. Scope:1. Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.2. Daily Progress Quality monitoring as per schedule.3. Guiding site engineers to execute site work.4. Ensuring checklist for each work stage is maintained at site.5. Estimation, work order, work schedule and budget designing for projects.6. Supervision of complete work such as site layout , earth work, concrete work , bar bending , shuttering , brick work including finishing work like Aluminum Work, UPVC Window, doors, locks, handle, putty, paint, tile flooring, kota or granite, trimix flooring complete.7. Prepare measurement sheet from on site data & drawings8. Prepare Bills with rates from Tender9. Preparing of Bar Bending Schedules, Pre pour, Post pour activities authorizing Pour card.10. Get the bills certified from client.11. Follow up with design office for drawings modifications as per site conditions for preparation of as GFC drawings.12. Implementing concrete tests, other construction material tests at labs and siteMinimum Experience : 8 yrs experience, urgent basis.
