The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's ecommerce platform, including but not limited to order management, inventory tracking, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Managing and processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillmentMaintaining accurate records of inventory levels and managing the ordering of new stockProviding excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concernsManaging and optimizing the ecommerce platform, including product listings Continuously monitoring and analyzing ecommerce performance and making data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfactionCollaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experienceAs a Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the online store runs smoothly and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
