Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy formTake the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentationsEnsure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to dateAct as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our productsWork with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed

Key responsibilities:1. Site supervision: Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.2. Coordinate with contractors: Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate construction schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.3. Quality control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that materials used and workmanship meet the required standards.4. Safety management: Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on site.5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of construction progress, issues encountered, and changes made to the original plan.Required skills and expectations:1. Diploma in Civil Engineering: Candidates must have a diploma in civil engineering to qualify for this position.2. Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with contractors, team members, and other stakeholders is essential for this role.3. Attention to detail: The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail to identify and address any quality or safety issues on site.4. Problem-solving skills: The ability to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction is crucial for success in this role.5. Team player: A willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals is a must for this position.

Sending the Technical & Commercial offer to client based on their requirement. Maintain good commercial relationship with clients. Coordinating with Design and technical Quotation team and sending same with clients. Raising the client requirement to the manufacturing team.
