Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, support and promote the vision, mission and the values of FMR India Asha Niketan, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach by way of newsletters, blogs, graphics, websites and other social media. Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among donors, well- wishers, friends, governments and local communities and other stakeholders and lawmakers. Implement the organizations communication and advocacy strategy in consultation with the National Team and AN Community Teams. Draft press briefings and press releases. Assist Asha Niketan community Teams in preparing new letters, success stories, brochures, videos and other publicity materials. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, investors and customer audiences that will help advance our work. Ensure digital marketing content aligns with our brands identity and message, and assist with marketing campaigns as needed. Prepare an annual work plan to ensure a planned, strategic approach to fundraising in order to achieve income growth in line with annually agreed targets, objectives and activities. Research potential donors among corporates, private foundations, trusts, and individuals to gain insight into needs, beliefs and donation habits to understand how to position our organization to them. Collaborate with Community Teams to write concept notes, project proposals (Narrative and financial) and ensure their timely submission, including identifying budgeted activities that can be packaged as projects. Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organization Assist in planning and coordinating events meant to raise funds and coordinate activities of volunteers and interns related to event planning and execution. Create marketing materials, like flyers, brochures, DVD, posters etc. to be used
