- Opening and closing the office premises.- Maintaining cleanliness of the office - Monitoring and replenishing pantry and office supplies.- Serving water, tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and guests.- Collecting and delivering documents within the office departments.- Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.- Filing documents or helping with basic office organization.- Handling bank-related or courier tasks as instructed.- Depositing or collecting cheques, and delivering documents externally.- Supporting basic messenger work within or outside the organization.- Supporting other staff members in routine tasks when required.
