We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our honey export business in international markets, particularly the Gulf countries, USA, and European Union. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in international B2B sales, preferably in food or FMCG sectors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute export sales strategies to grow business in target markets (GCC, USA, EU).Identify, approach, and onboard new international buyers, distributors, and importers.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Handle end-to-end export process: pricing, documentation, compliance, logistics coordination, and customer follow-up.Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual buyer-seller meets.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.Coordinate with internal teams like production, QA, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.Ensure compliance with international food safety, packaging, and labeling regulations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).35 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the food/agri/FMCG industry.Strong knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to travel internationally as needed.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, B2B portals, CRM) is a plus.
