Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and guiding them on the course they have enquired about. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Explaining and demonstrating the USPs of the training programs they are looking for. Upselling the courses and closing sales and achieving sales targets on time.
