Responsibilities Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answer questions about products and / or the Company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales cycle. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database and CRM. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Customer DEMAT account opening. Ensure quality of sales calls and clarifications are maintained.

Looking for a candidate, who is technically strong in below mentioned technologies, also who can mentor and guide the team to resolve their technical issues on daily basis.Skills: Java 1.8, Restful Webservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring MVC.Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL/OracleMust have experience in WEB SERVICES.Reports: JasperExperience: 1 to 5 years.Location: Bengaluru (Currently WFH)
