We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes in Durgapur. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Manage Production Operations:** Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that all processes comply with safety and quality standards to meet production goals effectively.- **Supervise Staff:** Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to help them perform their tasks efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise.- **Monitor Production Schedules:** Track production timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.- **Quality Control:** Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures, inspecting the production output to ensure it meets required specifications.- **Report on Performance:** Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting actionable solutions.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have relevant experience of 3 years or more in a production environment. A minimum education of 10th pass is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with your team and coordinate with other departments. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
