Job DescriptionWe are looking for young dynamic individuals who are capable of handling ground operations for Activations, Events / conferences. Your primary focus will be handling the preparation and execution for EVENTIVATION EVENTS and BTL SOLUTIONS. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and the ability to work as a team is essential.Responsibilitiesi) Handling all preparations for an assigned event.ii) Executing the on ground services during the event.iii) Ensuring seamless delivery of the services.iv) Creating detailed report of the execution.v) Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact take on more challenging tasks, mentor others.Skillsi) Good hold on spoken language (English, Hindi & local language).ii) Ability to manage the ground team during execution.iii) Self-motivated, very eager to learn, with strong logical skills.iv) Passion for quality.v) Willingness to travel across India.
