You will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for our events.You will play a critical role in ensuring that all event-related purchases meet quality standards and adhere to budgetary constraints. Your primary responsibilities will include:Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers who can provide high-quality goods and services for our events. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best pricing and terms.Procurement: Coordinate the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. Source and select vendors for various event-related needs, including catering, audiovisual equipment, dcor, and promotional materials.Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and monitor event budgets. Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate discounts to optimize spending without sacrificing quality.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock availability. Anticipate event requirements and ensure that sufficient quantities of supplies are on hand to meet demand.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify the condition and suitability of products.Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to coordinate the timely delivery and setup of purchased items at event venues. Troubleshoot any issues or delays that may arise during transportation or installation.Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Generate reports on purchasing trends, cost savings, and vendor performance for management review.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Understanding the detailed event requirement- Maintaining print checklist- Coordination with print vendors pan India- Designing artworks as per client requirement in the given deadline- Resize, export and send artworks to printers- Working in team with fellow designers and providing best possible designs- Coordinating with production team and briefing them on sizes and materials- Sharing proper dimensions with grid plan of creative designs

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Understanding the detailed event requirement and making checklist- Conducting Recce and making recce report as per the plan- Managing the team of executives- Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines, manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc- Negotiating & dealing with different Vendors - Should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competitive. - Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantle- Supervise on all event requirement and to ensure a glitch- free execution- Managing console, coordinating with technicians - Timely updates to Client servicing representative

- Generating regular business from new as well as existing clients- Maintaining cordial relationship with all clients through various communication platform- Developing new marketing strategies for brand positioning and recall- Brainstorming with team and making proposals as per the client requirement- Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and coordination - Strong coordination with Design and Production team to execute glitch-free events- Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, post event reports, etc.- Cost management, negotiations, invoicing and fulfilling all accounting formalities with client- Organizing database, managing all formats like MOM, inquiry sheet, etc- Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event
