Job Description / Responsibilities:Candidate should be experience installing, servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration units in commercial.Candidate should be able to do refrigeration piping work like cutting, flaring,etc.,Should have practical knowledge of refrigeration system leak testing, vacuum and charging.Able to diagnose faults and repair refrigeration system.To maintain the electrical equipment and applainces in work sites and offices.Ability to work and communicate well with others.To maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.Any other work assigned from time to time from HOD.Job Specification:1.Must have completed ITI (AC & refrigeration)/ Dilopma 5 to10 yrs relevent exp.2.Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment. 3.Prefered chennai candidate with 2 Wheeler Must.Should be Very aggressive and holding more responsibility.Only day shift no night shift.

ELECTRICIAN Job Description To maintain the electrical equipment and applainces in work site and offices, willing to travel. Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets&wiring. Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment . Should be Very aggressive and holding more responsibility. with the help of Admin Executive, proper estimate costing details submission for new projects. Ability to work and communicate well with team .Job Specification Two wheeler is must. Must have completed ITI Electrical & 3 to 6 yrs relevent exp. prefered chennai candidate. To work at Electrical Department with B Licence Holder . Worked in retail Industry is added advantage.

Responsibilities: To maintain Inventory accuracy by conducting cycle count / perpetual Inventory. To generate periodical reports on stock. Conducting stock taking across all Stores Ensure updation of stock to Stores at the right time Reports on stock inward & outward, damages, discrepancies etc. Proper verification and cross check on Bills, cash and card, GV, and other vouchers Bills on Exchange of products has to be followed as per system Proper check on Store Assets, materials, Stocks, other items, petty cash maintenance.

To maintain Inventory accuracy by conducting cycle count / perpetual Inventory. Follow up and co-ordinate with stores for stock related issues. To perform audit on sales, purchase and purchase returns etc., To generate periodical reports on Inventory. Conducting annual stock taking across all Stores Ensure updation of stock to Stores at the right time MIS report management on stock receipts, stock inward & outward, aging analysis, purchase returns, damages, discrepancies etc.

RECEIVE, MAKE & CONNECT CALLS.RECEIVE VISITORS AND GUIDING THEM.IN THE ABSCENCE OF CONCERNED PERSON, RECEIVE MESSAGES AND PASS TON WITHOUT FAIL.RECEIVE & SEND COURIERS, POSTAL MAILS, FAX & DISRTIBUTION.MAINTAIN INWARD/OUTWARD REGISTERS FOR LETTERS AT CORPORATE OFFICE.OFFICE EQUIPMENTS AND OFFICE MAINTENANCE OF CORPORATE OFFICE.MAINTAIN STAFF ATTENDANCE REGISTER AND CLOSE THE DAILY ATTENDANCE ON TIME AND SUBMIT THE ATTENDANCE REGISTER TO EXECUTIVE HR.MAINTAIN AN UPDATED LIST OF P&t INTERCOM EXTENSIONS AT CORPORATE OFFICE.MAINTAIN AN UPDATED LIST OF TELEPHONE NUMBERS AT OUR BRANCHES/STORES.ANY OTHER DUTIES AS & WHEN ASSIGNED BY SUPERIORS.
