1.Explain Parents about the curriculum and how it leads to holistic development of a child, Importance of Sports and Performing Arts, Options of board selection, VAS - Bus, Canteen, PSA, Kids Club etc. and convert into admissions2. Help Parents in BOARD selection and be an aid to Child Interaction and Competency Test Process with the respective Corodinator and Centre Head.3. Marketing activities at the Pre School and corporate4. Maintain best relations with the preschool owner and corporate for long term business5. Support maximum marketing activities for Brand awareness.6. Timely reporting of the internal generated reports/ trackers/MIS7. Scrutinize and maintain records for admission forms and documents8. To close the complaints of the parents without any delay .9. To maintain best customer relations for long term business.Should possess good communication skills.Only female candidates are required for this job role.

Relevant experience of a few years in Preschool or Professional certificate i.e.ECCE/NTT/Montessori Teachers Training Course.Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding the curriculum. Preparation of the class setting, translating the learning teaching methodology in the classroom teaching. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with children. Develop the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children. Ensure high quality delivery in schools. Create optimal learning environment at the school.Desired Candidate Profile:A passion for children, an obsession for quality, strong communication skills rooted in clear work ethics are pre-requisite for the role.Candidates should be Graduates with a pleasing personality, boundless energy and enthusiasm to work with children, parents, teachers and management.Teachers with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and experience in pre-school teaching, creating or the use of innovative teaching methods, international curriculum etc. will be preferred.
