The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:1. Sales Conversion : Identify and pursue sales leads within the pharmaceutical sector, including healthcare providers / doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively convert leads into profitable business opportunities2. Network Building : Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry, including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and influence within the market.3. Market Analysis : Gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning in the market. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Job descriptionCandidate will have to visit to Doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and chemists shops for business development.Updating themselves about the different medical products and items that are being launched in the market for they need to communicate all details to the prospective customers.Company is looking for a competitive Medical Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including Doctors, nurses and pharmacists.Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.Candidates with prior experience of working with Pharma Companies will be preferred.Proven work experience as a medical representative.Familiarity with databases & market product linesExperience: At least 1Year experience is mandatory
