Ethnic Khazana is a crossborder e-commerce marketplace connecting asian/islamic fashion and lifestyle from factories/labels in India to customers across the world.We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Lead to manage our order processing and fulfillment. Candidates ideally suitable for the role should haveExperience: 6 to 12 months in an e-commerce website/marketplace catalog role would be nice to haveSkills1. Should be familiar with Shopify/Woocommerce store backend2. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central inventory/order management, bulk product upload, listing with variations, etc.3. Well versed with Microsoft Excel and functions like VLOOKUP, SEARCH, FIND, REPLACE, etc.4. Should have a good understanding of womens fashion and sizes applicable in womens categories like Kurtis, Jewelry, etc.5. Attention to Detail - Excellent with Proofreading and Review of data/information displayed on e-commerce Product Detail pages to help buyers make purchase decisions.Job Responsibilities: Includes some of the business objectives/tasks to be achieved as below :1. Upload/Manage product listings on our ecommerce website. Publish product listings on marketplaces like Amazon etc.2. Enhance the Listing quality and update any missing information to maintain catalog as per required standards3. Monitor the orders received on marketplaces and ensure they are confirmed/processed on-time4. Manage the marketplace accounts so the brand quality/service reviews and ratings are maintained5. Keep track of new designs/catalogs added by 3P vendors and update them on our website/marketplace channels to keep increasing catalog size. Mark discontinued items as out of stock6. Ensure all the product and service information listed on our website/marketplace channels is correct, high quality, easy-to-understand, consistent and complete with NO incorrect, misplaced or missing informationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
