1. Maintain lead CRM on a daily basis2. Manage in-store/ home visit meetings with potential customers to determine their needs3. Understand customer's requirements and recommend products accordingly4. Demonstrate samples and products to potential customers during visits5. Follow up with potential customers over calls on a regular basis6. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations7. Prepare and maintain a record of order information, sending emails for order confirmation8. Share order information with the manufacturing team9. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' sales strategies10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections11. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of client's/customers' interest12. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals13. Develop quotes and proposals for prospective customers14. Share clients'/customers' feedback with management to ensure that our products and services consistently exceed expectations15. Support the team with other responsibilities as requiredOther requirements1. Must have a two-wheeler to reach our store/factory on working days2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline3. Passionate about sales closure4. Strong communication and presentation skills5. Knowledge of MS Office software6. Problem-solving and listening skills7.
