Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Design & Detail projects as per project needs & standards. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and problem solving Ability to produce hand sketches, presentation materials, and generate construction documents. Coordinate and supervise Project Team. Inform the PM of any circumstances or decisions which may affect the project quality. Plan, schedule and manage the production drawings process and coordinate with consultants and other disciplines, including the preparation of project specifications. Well-versed in Autocad. photoshop, 3d max (optional) Making detailed drawings (with sectional plans and elevations) and presentation drawings. Visiting sites & follow up on the project. Making presentation drawings, tender drawings, BOQ, working drawings, coordinating various services. Candidate from HOSPITALITY industry is preferred. Worked for International projects like Hotels, restaurants, SPA etc.
