Job Description - HVAC Estimation Engineer Location: Hyderabad Shift: US Shift. Experience: 25 years Salary: Minimum 25K per month + night shift allowance 10% Benefits: 1. Family Health Insurance. 2. Review all plans and specifications prior to taking-off and quoting projects. 2. Provide accurate take-offs and quotes. 3. Maintain CRM program with accurate records of project information and status. 4. Keep outside/inside salespeople up-to-date on project bid status. 5. Make sure that all bids are provided to the customers in a timely manner. 6. Reach out to general contractors and architects and find main point of contact for proactive bidding. Education / Experience Requirement 1. Mechanical Or Civil Engineering degree. 2. HVAC course completion is preferable. 3. Previous estimating experience is preferable. 4. Previous bidding experience is not mandatory, but highly preferred. Specific Skills Required 1. Excellent English Communication skills required. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and capable of learning and using company proprietary software programs and vendor supplied pricing programs. 3. Strong data entry skills, alpha and numeric. 4. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized. 5. Ability to read and understand architectural and mechanical drawings. 6. Critical thinking and problem solving.
