Responsibilities For International Telecaller ( NIGHTSHIFT)(WFO)Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.Requirements The candidate must be 18+ Age Cap - 18 to 30 years only Good communication skills Fluent in EnglishFreshers & Experienced both can apply.Working days - Monday to FridayTimings - 7:30pm - 5:30am Salary - 12,000 - 20,000 Average Incentives - 5000 - 8000Perks - Weekly payouts, Annual bonus, Travel allowance, Internet allowance, Laptop, Tea/ CoffeeCompany Name - Essential Med Tech305, 3rd floor, Amfotech IT Park,Rd no 8, Wagle Estate rd, Padwal Nagar,Thane W, Mah, 400604.
