We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Ghansoli. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, providing accurate information and addressing their concerns in a friendly manner.- **Resolve Issues:** Identify and resolve customer problems efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.- **Maintain Customer Records:** Keep detailed records of interactions with customers, including complaints, inquiries, and follow-ups, to ensure effective communication.- **Provide Product Information:** Educate customers on our products and services, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with various departments to ensure that customer feedback is relayed and improvements are made based on their inputs.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
