In this role, you will support the sales and marketing team by coordinating with clients, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely communication support.Roles and Responsibilities Assisting the sales team with backend support and coordination tasks. Handling inbound and outbound calls for basic client interactions. Coordinating follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of client communications. Helping prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation. Supporting marketing activities and responding to basic customer queries. Ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Updating internal reports and maintaining databases. Gathering client feedback and sharing it with relevant departments.Sales Support Executive Requirements Bachelors degree in any stream. Female candidates only. Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred). Basic knowledge of customer handling and coordination. Willingness to learn and adapt to sales support roles.
