Job Details :- Type: Full-Time Location: Hyderabad No. of positions: 10 Salary: 12K + Incentive (Travel) Exp: 1+ Year Exp., Key Responsibilities: - In the part of CSR activity, Team member should collect the donations from donors. - Effectively convey the organizations mission, vision, and programs to potential donors - Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers - Spot new fundraising opportunities - Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals - Strong relationships with external stakeholders - Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop - Maintaining records of sponsors or donors. - Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations. - Oversee the collection, counting and banking of cash from donations. - Ensure personal data held for the purposes of processing payments is treated securely and appropriately. - Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes where possible to ensure donations are managed correctly and as efficiently as possible. Requirements: - Intermediate or Degree - Creativity and persuasion skills. - Good organizational skills. - Strong leadership qualities. - Competence with donor management systems - Confidence in public speaking Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer Salary: 10,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
