1. Candidate must have worked on full analysis of deals of more than 20 crs. Loan/Debt syndication field.2. Credit Assessment of prospective clients for fund-based exposure like Working Capital, Overdraft/Cash credit/ Term Loan etc. and non-fund-based exposure like Letter of credit / Bank Guarantee etc.3. Carrying out financial statement analysis/ ratio analysis along with notes to accounts, tax forms, cash flow history and finding out overall creditworthiness of the client.4. Preparation of Information memorandum/Teaser and other supporting documents.Co-ordinating with the banker/client in order to ensure successful and timely disbursement of funds.5. Preparation of Detailed Project Report covering project analysis, location analysis, profitability analysis, Break-even analysis, SWOT analysis, Market analysis, Industry analysis and Peer analysis and forming conclusion about the project viability
