As a Tender Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the tendering process for our company. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all tenders are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.- Prepare Tender Documents: You will gather and compile all necessary documents required for tender submissions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.- Coordinate with Departments: Effective communication with various departments is essential to obtain accurate information and to ensure that all aspects of the tender are adequately addressed.- Monitor Tender Deadlines: Keeping track of submission deadlines is critical. You will maintain a calendar to ensure timely submission of tenders.- Analyze Tender Specifications: Reviewing and understanding the tender specifications is important for accurate preparation and to avoid any misunderstandings that could lead to disqualification.- Maintain Tender Records: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining records of submitted tenders for future reference and compliance.To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com). A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required, ideally in a similar position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial, as you'll handle multiple tenders simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, particularly in Excel for data management. Good communication skills are important for effective collaboration with various teams and external partners. Time management and the ability to work under pressure will be key to meeting tight deadlines.
