The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of creating and modifying itineraries, handling clients as B2C, and coordinating with vendors for B2B services. This is a great opportunity to grow in the travel industry with a trusted brand.Roles & Responsibilities:Designing and customizing holiday packages as per client requirements.Creating, modifying, and sharing itineraries with clients.Handling outbound calls communicating with clients to understand travel needs, provide package details, and close bookings.Coordinating with B2B partners/vendors to source the best rates and services.Managing client queries professionally over phone and email as B2C.Ensuring smooth execution of bookings and excellent customer satisfaction.Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.

Handle walk-in and phone-based travel inquiriesCommunicate fluently with customers in Telugu, Tamil, and KannadaAssist in travel bookings, holiday packages, and hotelsWork closely with backend & vendor teamsBuild and maintain customer relationshipsUpsell and cross-sell travel services as neededBasic computer skills requiredMust have a customer-first, sales-oriented attitude
