The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the Pharma products. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the effective distribution of pharmaceutical products.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.2. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.Monitor and evaluate the performance of each territory in terms of sales targets and market penetration.3.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, stockists, and retailers.Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.4.Generate regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data.5.
