You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities: Develop and present design concepts that align with client needs and project goals. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp). Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Manage client relationships, ensuring that communication is clear, and expectations are met. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative designs.Key Result Areas (KRA):1. Design Development:o Create innovative and functional design solutions that meet client requirements.o Ensure that all design documentation is accurate and comprehensive.2. Project Management:o Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.o Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.3. Client Satisfaction:o Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely project updates.o Ensure that client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.4. Quality Control:o Ensure that all designs and finished projects meet the companys quality standards.o Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads through door-to-door field visits and promote our premium interior design services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, have strong communication skills, and be eager to grow within the industry. Key Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door visits in targeted areas to promote Envita Interio's interior design services.Generate and follow up on leads, converting potential customers into clients.Present and explain the features and benefits of our interior design services to prospective customers.Gather market and customer information to help improve the company's marketing strategy.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.Report on sales activities and customer feedback to the marketing team.Participate in promotional events and campaigns organized by the company.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in field sales or door-to-door marketing is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive attitude.Willingness to travel within the assigned areas.Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Bhubaneswar is an advantage.Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
