Setting meetings: Scheduling meetings for Consultants/Partners. Researching upcoming relevant events. EZEKIA data ownership and accountability. Managing campaigns/lists on EZEKIA. NBD Research support for client meetings. Follow up on potential projects discussions. Adhere with process/workflow in following up with client.

AccountantJob Summary:Our company is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Accountant to join our team. This role involves providing operational administrative, digital marketing and accounting support to the CEO, managing financial records, and executing basic accounting functions like bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.Responsibilities:Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.Prepare contracts, invoices, and receipts.Proofread and edit contracts and client reports.Take minutes and type dictation or notes.Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.Update and maintain contact lists and client database in CRM/ ERP SystemPrepare CRM reports and other weekly and monthly reportsSetup and coordinate meetings and conferences; and prepare arrangements for committee and board meetings.Support consultants in assigned project-based work, research, and business development.RFPs / Tender proposal preparationsExecute basic accounting functions: like bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, records management, and payroll; support the Accounting Manager/External Accounting Company in preparing the annual report, Cash flow management and forecastCreate, maintain, manage, and close HR files; execute basic HR functions (such as labor and immigration, file keeping, etc.) and perform PRO activitiesManage IT-related work with an outsourced IT Service Company.Manage finance-related work with an outsourced finance Company.Arrange travel for CEO.Maintain business memberships and subscriptions.Provide personal assistance to the Chief Executive Officer.Manage and order office supplies and stationery.Digital marketing activities, prepare regular posts on the companys platforms.Update website.
