1. Experience With Ibm Maximo 7.X Versions, Experience With Previous Versions Are A Plus

2. Ability To Configure Maximo 7.X Utilizing Product Applications Such As Application Designer, Db Config, And Workflow Designer

3. Working Knowledge Of Sql Queries And How To Apply Those Queries Within Maximo

4. Understanding Of The Maximo Integration Framework (Mif) And How To Utilize The Mif For Integrations And Data Loading

5. Ability To Modify Xml Code Or Write Code In Java, Python, Or Jython

6. Training Familiarity With The Business Processes Located In Maximo (E.G. Work, Inventory, And Procurement Management)

7. Birt Report Knowledge

8. Experience In Installation , Troubleshooting, Training & Preparation Of Training Material.

9. Good Experience In Technical Infrastructure Background - Knowledge With Installing Maximo, Websphere, Ldap Integration, Clustering & Database Management.

10. Understanding In Data Migration Background- Strong Sql Knowledge, Data Migration Strategy And Planning & Actual Scripting Of Data Migration
