Position : Office AdminLocation: Hi-Tech City, HyderabadDuration : Contract to hire for a period of 1 yearWorking days : Mon-SatWork from Office!!Job description:-Active participation in Vendor management.Responsible for maintaining admin records.Coordinating the internal activities of the organization like supervising housekeeping operations.Maintaining all office supplies like stationery, Pantry stuff, supplies, etc.Retrieve, communicate and update all the invoice details every month.Receive, redirect and maintain all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers, bills, vendors, supplies..etc.Maintaining strong relationships with vendors.Travel Bookings.Working closely with the Finance team and assisting them with Accounting and Book Keeping activities.

Minimum : B.Com
Maximum : M.Com
*MBA is not eligible
Year of Graduation : 2016 passed outs or above (not below)
