Job Title: Installation Executive Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or ITI with 0-2 years of experience in installation of equipment/devices with automation capabilities.Positive attitudeTeam Player and problem solving capabilityAbility to travel with short noticeReporting To: Manager Shared Services Travel: 90%Job Responsibilities: Travel to customer / client location for installation activities. Ensure the availability of components / parts to be installed at customer location. Communication pre-installation requirements to customer / client. Installation of the products as per the installation manuals and demonstration of the safety, maintenance, and operation procedures to customer / client representatives. Documentation of installation, operation and maintenance checklists and issuance of documents to customers. Ensure installation kits availability all the time. Timely installation of the products and suggesting areas where products should be set up to ensure the increased efficiency. Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment. Testing old and new installation connections. Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment. Ensure the cleanliness of area after installation job completion. Recording and maintaining key parts related stock levels. Provide feedback on the installation challenges related to products and support required if any. Generation of invoice for the installation, repair and maintenance services. Ensure the maintenance contracts are executed in timely manner and adhered as per the schedule.
