What you'l do -Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC(pay-per-click), and SEO (search engine optimization).Collaborate with the marketing team and Agri Dealer/Distributors to create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates.Monitor and engage with social media audiences, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Conduct keyword research and assist optimizing website content for SEO purposes.Assist in the setup and management of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.Compile and analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating marketing materials. Required Skills *Bachelor's degree or Master's certificate in Marketing or Communications or related fields.* Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Marketing/Communication function.* Proven work experience in digital marketing, content writing would be an added advantage. Additional InformationYou must be a good communicator with a passion for generating great content as you will contribute to the development of thought leadership materials.Must be having a strategic outlook combined with strong operational and complex program management skills to drive implementation.* Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English, Marathi & Hindi as additional language is an advantage.* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office, PowerPoint applications.* Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
