Report to DirectorJob Description: Tasks: Major Tasks: TO UNDERTAKE/COORDINATE ALL TASKS ONDIRECTORS TABLE To coordinate with office staff onDirectors issues and To beresponsible for and executevarious tasks on behalf ofDirector in result oriented way Get work executed from 3 rd partyvendors and associates forvarious issues Coordinate and meet with Associates and 3 rdparty follow up and initiation executionpaper work related to property documents,legal paperwork ,offers letters ,agreements Co ordinate with drawings ,design,approvalsrelated to sites ,projects with architects ,vendors,liason persons ,govt deoartments . Paperwork and follow up meetings withfinance related bankers,nbfc To align all paper work ,filing,accounts andtasks as per flow. Visits to sites,prospective sites and propertyappraisalResponding to third partyrequirements for any issue on behalfof Director to satisfaction of party .Cordination with CA ,middlemen,etcfor accounting , audit and relatedissues on behalf of DirectorWork and co ordinate with marketingagencies and staff and 3 rd partyvendors for promotions ,events etc

HI,5-8 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap ASP. NET, WCF, MVC, LINQ expert level skills Strong exposure to C#.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular 2/4/6/7/8, HTML. Strong application design and coding skills. Experience applying modern design patterns. Good working experience on MVC Framework.SkillsAbility to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and supportAbility to develop large scale web/database applicationsAbility to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlinesAbility to communicate clearly with business users and project managerAbility to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfacesAbility to construct user guides and documentation.Excellent knowledge of SQL
