The ideal candidate must be a forward-thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This individual will act as a right-hand to the CEO, managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.Manage and prioritize the CEOs calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up actions.Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior executives, stakeholders, and clients.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives.Anticipate needs and challenges, proactively addressing issues to ensure the CEO's focus remains on top priorities.Oversee and manage key office functions, including communication, filing, and project tracking.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure
