Monitor and supervise the production or manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes. Manage the organizations operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance. Purchase materials, plan inventory, and also oversee warehouse efficiency to maintain optimal supply chain operations.

Handling Sales/ Marketing of All kinds of Signage, Graphics Solutions, (Dealing with Architects. Interior Contractors, Interior Designers/ Builders/ Developers/ PMC )Coordinating with our existing clients. To be in regular touch with Architects, Interior, Designer, PMC Should be willing to make cold calls to the Architect & Interiors Need to do field meetings everyday. Willing to travel towards Metro cities.
