We are looking for an experienced MEP Draughtsman to join our team at our Marine Lines office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in creating detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Create Design Drawings:** Develop accurate design drawings for MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulations.- **Collaboration with Engineers:** Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements and incorporate technical feedback into the designs.- **Maintain Documentation:** Keep all project documentation organized, including revisions and updates to drawings, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.- **3D Modeling:** Utilize software tools to create 3D models of MEP systems, helping visualize the layout and identify potential conflicts.- **Quality Control:** Review designs for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all drawings are error-free before submission for approvals.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must possess an I.T.I. certification and have strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software is essential. The Junior Interior Designer will assist in creating innovative and functional design concepts for a variety of interior spaces. Working under the guidance of our HOD & Senior Interior Designer, you will contribute to all phases of a design for the project, from initial concept development to GFC Drawings.
