Handling database management by using Excel tools & MS Office.Should be proficient with Excel Formulas such as, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF, Sum IF.Good analytical skills for MIS & reporting to management.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports sent.Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasksExperience should be 06-2 yrs in MIS executive profile.Should have Good Communication Skill.

1. Should have relevant experience in windows server/Linux/Firewall management of 4-6 years2. Required hands on experience on Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Servers.3. Required Desktop and network level troubleshooting skills.4. OS installation and patches management.5. Should have basic Linux knowledge.6. Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.7. Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components are mandatory (DNS, DHCP, WINS).8. Good fundamentals and technical hands on experience on Active Directory.9. Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.10. Willingness to work on rotational shift timings.11. Excellent understanding of ITSMITIL processes (Incident, change, configuration and problem management) and certification will be added advantage.12. Anti-Virus: Implement, Manage and troubleshoot various Anti-virus applications (SEP, McAfee, etc.)13. Cloud Technologies: Working experience in Azure and AWS are added advantage14. Good knowledge in OSI Layers, LAN and WAN.15. Good knowledge in IP Addressing, Troubleshooting network issues.16. Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance17. RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools.18. Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures19. Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA.20. 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting.21. Good communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory
