Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and specificationsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workforceMonitor quality, safety, and material usagePrepare daily progress and site reportsEnsure timely completion of assigned works

Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities. Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.Provide technical advice and resolve any unexpected technical difficu lties.Check materials and work qua lity accord ing to projectspecifications.Coord inate with the design team and support in interpreting drawings and plans.Ensure environmenta l, health, and safety EHS) compliance on site.Assist with cost estimation and project scheduling as needed.Yea rs of experience :2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:1. Create 2D and 3D designs: Develop visually appealing designs using both 2D and 3D techniques to meet project requirements.2. Utilize CAD software: Proficiently work with computer-aided design software to create accurate and detailed designs.3. Apply color theory: Incorporate color theory principles to create aesthetically pleasing and harmonious designs.4. Product design: Conceptualize and design products based on client specifications and market trends.5. Graphic design: Create visual concepts using various design software for marketing materials and branding purposes.6. 3D modeling: Build and manipulate 3D models to represent objects or characters in a realistic or stylized manner.7. Illustration: Create illustrations for various projects, including books, advertisements, and digital media.8. Digital sculpting: Use digital sculpting tools to create detailed and realistic 3D models.9. Concept art: Develop initial visual ideas and concepts for characters, environments, and props.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have a degree in B.Arch or a related field.- At least 1-3 years of experience in 2D and 3D design.- Proficiency in CAD software to create accurate designs.- Strong understanding of color theory principles for effective design composition.- Ability to work on product design projects from concept development to final execution.- Knowledge of graphic design principles and software for creating visual concepts.- Experience in 3D modeling, illustration, digital sculpting, and concept art.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
